Kay? I haven't seen Pokemon in like, what, a Decade?
It's about time he grew a pair of balls and started flirting. He should be 20 right now, but due to the lack of temporal advancement, he's still only 10 years old.

well he and dawn are pretty close, considering they've only known each other for a few months.
