Sasuke is still with Orrichimaru and Orrichimaru is trying to take over Kahona yet again but he has not yet because he is still recovering from injuries so he sends sasuke to get help from the village hidden in the mist but the mist dont want to help him because the Mizukage has turned him down so he tells him that the Sound will lay waist to them as well

Hinata didnt worry about naruto killing her but she knew she would have to use her Byakugan to have a chance so she gets into her fighting stance keeping her eyes closed as to not be clouded with thoughts of naruto and just said

"Byakugan!" she says as the veigns near her eyes are now buldging her able to see every move every inch of a step he took every veing in his body with their pulsing chakra gates

Hold on, I didn't say we sould start yet! I wanted to check the place to see if anyone else wanted to spar also, but I don't see anyone here other than Kakashi-sensei on the branch above me. Oh well.

She sees him ust a couple of feet in front of her it drives her crazy her blushing and then disappeering as to night die from being payed attention to only by him as she then moves out into the clearing throwing a kunai in his genral direction

*Naruto turns in time to see the kunai hit him straight in the heart, throwing him off of his feet and flinging him backwards several feet. He lays on the ground motionless for a few moments, then disperses into a cloud of smoke. Naruto then carges at Hinata from her left.*

he was close to her blind spot of her 359 degree vision but his body was wide enough that she could see him even if it was him it would have to be a kunai or something small to get through it but she gets in her defence position as he runs towards her she is waiting for the first attack so she can get his vital organs with her jabs of blocking chakra

*Still running straight at Hinata, a yard or so away from her, Naruto dissapears into a puff of smoke and a large log takes his place, still hurdling towards Hinata.*

She closes her eyes as the log comes at her

"HA!" she scream thrusting a fist foward the log cutting in half

She then uses her vision to see where he is and throws a kunai at him

*As Naruto is running around behind Hinata, a kunai cats through the foliage and hits it's mark, embedding itself in the tree Naruto is standing in front of, not even an inch below his crotch.*

*Naruto begins to gather chakra for a Rasengan.*

She can see the chakra being gatherd in his hands and she is kinda worried that it is that move she knows that if she is lucky she can duck the move and get the chakra points in all 3 parts of his arms

I am gonna have to use 64 fist

She says as she gets in position and works to get the chakra in the right spots and then sets up for when he attacks

(Darn, if I get into close range combat with Hinata, I'm done for. What can I do!?)

*As hes thinking the concentration of chakra in his palm begins to destabalize and the ball begins to fluctuate in size and strength. This gives Naruto an idea. He rushes out from cover towards Hinata, aiming his attack in her direction.*

"Rasengan grenade!*

*Instead of using his Rasengan in a brass knuckle-type fasion, he throws the ball of chakra at Hinata. As soon as the sphere leaves his hand, the swirls of chakra inside begin to spin faster and faster as the sphere compresses down to only a fraction of it's origional size. The instant the tiny ball touches the ground in front of Hinata, it instantly expands to the size of a small house. Because the concentration is spread over such a wide area, the damage inflicted upon Hinata is more like that of being continously scraped or scratched. However because Hinata's Byakugan detects chakra, being in the center of the swirling sphere blinds her. Naruto takes the opportunity to create a dozen clones that charge Hinata.*

SO what you said is not technically correct yes I can detect chakra but that is not the primary use of the byakugan

The main point isn't that it is it's only use, but that it is one of its uses. The technique I used would have the same effect on a Byakugan as a flash-bang grenade has on regular eyes.

One word: experience.

Even though the Byakugan has those capabilities, unless the user knows how to deal with the current situation, the ability would still be stunted.

I'll admit Neji might have enough experience and calm to deal with it, but I seriously doubt Hinata has the proper experience and training to instantly adjust her sight in this situation.

Description/Bio:

Kurai was found outside of Ooyure [mysterious hidden village] in a basket, by the Kage; abandoned and left to his fate as a mere baby. Kurai was looked after by the Kage, but basically raised himself. His arms, legs, and midsection are covered in serious burns, but hidden under wraps. Kurai wears a dark gray sleeveless longcoat and is shirtless in the warmer months. He wears fingerless gloves over his taped up hands, that have a metal guard on the back of the fist, and wears his forehead protector around his left bicep. He wears black pants, taped from the ankle to the knee, with black tabi shoes; and metal foot/shin guards. Kurai's sword belt holds his swords at the small of his back, the handles on the right side; hidden most of the time by his coat. He has a black and white ANBU mask, but does not wear it most of the time; it is black with a large white triangle coming to a point at the bridge of his nose.

Techniques:

Denkou Dansu [Lightning Dance]: Molding his chakra into physical electric energy, letting it flow through him during hand-to-hand combat. This can also be used with his katana, electrifying them as he wields them.

Denki Yari [Electric Spear]: A focused blast of electricity, size depending on the amount of concentration and chakra put into the attack.

Doragon Me [Dragon Eye]: Can see body heat; infrared vision.

Denkou Hana [Lightning Blossom]: “Ultimate Attack” 360 degree blast of electricity, can be massive or minuet. If the move is charged too powerful he further burns his body, the amount of energy and power of the electricity too much even for his body to resist.

Kanzen Na Arashi [Perfect Storm]: Has yet to master this move. Potential to be more destructive than Lightning Blossom, calls forth a terrible storm of “tempest” destructiveness. Summoning lightning bolts; to targets of his whim.

Shoukan No Jutsu [Summon]: Has made a pact with lizards.

Outside the large gates of Konoha, coming up the rural path staggers a young man; his clothes torn and somewhat ragged. His dark clothes damp with blood, his own and a bit of those who he had attacked; Orochimaru and some punk kid that was with him. Orochimaru had bent and coerced his village until it resembled nothing even close to the once peaceful place it was. The Kage was dead, the closest person he had to a father; lost to the dust of the ages and Orochimaru was the man responsible... Kurai tried to take vengence, but he was no match for the combined attack of one of the great Sennin, that strange kid, and that guy with the glasses. Kurai was lucky to get away with life, he knew he had to run; if he ever wanted to avenge his village, he had to live.

He had stopped his bleeding as best he could, tying pieces of his clothes around his right arm, a couple on his left leg, and one on his right leg. He had a deep wound on the side of his abdomen, but sheer force of will drove him on. He had to lose himself, so even Orochimaru could not find him, before he could even think of help. He had no clue as to where he was, only seeing the gates gave him a feeling of relief as he slowly marched towards them. Forcing one foot in front of the other as he breathed heavily, gritting his teeth together tightly. The look of his current state getting the guards' attention, just as he was about to walk through the great archway, Kurai passes out, collapsing on the cold stone of the entrance of Konaha, blood sputtering from his mouth as he lays on the ground motionless. The guards rush towards him to help as his vision fades to black.

*Walking towards the front of the village, Naruto sees a commotion at the gate. Several of the guards seem to have surrounded a collapsed man. Naruto runs over to get a better look. Once he gets there, there doesn't seem to be any air danger or any threat, so Naruto lowers his guard a little. He goes over to one of the guards and asks,*

"Hey, what happened over here, who is this guy?"

*One of the guards answer,*

"I don't know, we saw this guy walking towards the gate. He was covered in blood and his clothes were all torn up. Before we could get to him, he collapsed. Unfortunately, since he doesn't have any documents authorizing his entry and no information about him, we have no other choice but to move him to the prison."

"What!? Thats not right! Hes just..."

"I know what you're getting at, but these rules are set in place to protect Konoha from spies and inside attacks."

*The guard sighs as he looks at Naruto's determined face.*

"I'm probably going to get my ass handed to me for this, but if you really want to, I guess I could let you accompany him to the cells. You seem to be good with strangers, maybe you could find out a little more about him when he comes to."

*Naruto's face lights up when he hears this.*

"You can count on me, believe it!"

*Naruto runs after the medics that are carrying the stranger to the prison.*

At the prison, Kurai was brought to the medical ward, laid on a cold table as the medic ninjas removed his bloody and tattered clothes; so they could see the extent of his injuries. Some of his clothes showed signs of being burned as well, even some of his wrappings. They removed his forehead protector from his arm and put it into the pile of clothes next to Naruto; the village symbol like no other the young ninja had seen. As Kurai was undressed, to the amazement of the Medical group, a large portion of his body was covered in what looked like electrical burns, some were very old, the scars left from sometime past, but others were fresh. The bleeding had stopped from his wounds, thanks to him tying off the blood flow, it made the medical ninjas job a lot easier since he wasn't losing more blood than he already had.

The medic ninjas cleaned Kurai up, putting ointment on his fresh burns to heal and prevent infection; though they would scar like the older ones he had. They stitched up his wounds as only Konoha trained Medic-Nins could. He was dressed in the standard issue white tunic and pants of a prisoner and prepared to be transported to a cell, as the gathered up his clothes and weapons, carrying them the other way. The forehead protector gleamed in the light of the room, shining in Narutos eyes, the symbol of being a ninja that meant so much to Naruto. Kurai was carried to an empty cell, laid on the cot to rest, with a blanket and the cell was shut and locked.

Kurai began to stir from his unconscious state within the hour, slowly opening his eyes, his body still in pain but not as much as when he collapsed.

"Ughhhh...."

He held his side, his body had new wrapping all over his burns, old and new.

*Naruto was sitting on the ground, his back against the wall, outside the stranger's cell. His hands were on his knees and he had a mixture of contemplation and determination on his face. As he waited for the ninja to regain conciousness, hundreds of questions were flying through his mind.*

(Where did this guy come from? Whats his name? How old is he? What village is that headband from? What Jutsu does he know? Whats his rank? What'll I have for dinner? Does he have any companions? Where are they? Did he escape from a battle? Did he win or lose? Why did he come here?)

*The young genin would get his answers soon enough. From inside the cell, Naruto could hear the ninja moaning as he woke up. Naruto sprang up and flipped around so he was facing the strange ninja. Naruto grabbed the cell bars as though he wanted to pry them open and run in. Naruto could tell that the ninja was still in a good deal of pain though.*

"Hey Mister, how are your wounds? After you collapsed in front of the village gate, the medics got you all cleaned up and dressed in some clean clothes. Since you just arrived without warning, though, they had to keep you in jail until they know that you're not gonna' attack us or something.

Forcing himself to sit up, arm snug to his abdomen to keep, whatever was holding him together, snug. As as he sat up though, he was bombarded by the verbal assault of this little blonde kid. He put his other hand to his head, hit by a sudden headache; as he slowly looked to see this kid standing on the opposite side of prison bars. Silent listening to the kid go on about what had happened, Kurai forced himself to stand, his eyes looking straight at Naruto. Where one would expect to see green or blue iris' Kurai's were black, looking like he had enlarged pupils. He then looked around his dim cell before looking back to Naruto and forcing his body to walk towards the bars.

"Naruto, was it? I am Kurai Kumo... and I need to be released."

There was something cold in his eyes, something distant... just like Sasukes. A sadness he would never let anyone see or help.

"I have a job I need to do... and I need to get out of this cell."

He tried to seem solid and firm, but he was shaking ever so slightly, the pain of forcing himself to stand was obviously a lot, he was trying to push past it. He gripped the bars, barcing himself as he looked down to Naruto.

"Please... let me out."

*Naruto was almost thrown back by the similarity to Sasuke that he saw in Kurai's eyes, but Naruto kept his uplifting and somewhat carefree tone.*

"Well right now, the guards and medics are meeting with old lady Tsunade to decide what to do with you. You've been asleep for about half an hour, so they should be done here pretty soon."

*Suddenly, Naruto's eyes lit up.*

"So, tell me, where are you from? What Jutsu do you know? Exactly what happened to you out there?

Kurai hung his head gently, before taking a deep breath. He turned and staggered back to the cot of his cell, slowly sitting himself back down on it. Looking at Naruto through the bars; Kurai leaned back against the cold wall and looked at the floor.

"I am from Ooyure... the last ninja of Ooyure. I am the last because Ooyure was destroyed by the forces of Orochimaru. I was out on a recon mission and when I returned, there was nothing left but smoke and rubble. What was left of Ooyure was crawling with ninja from the village of sound... I struck down upon them, but Orochimaru was there himself, alongside this silver haired guy with glasses and this kid with black spikey hair. I was no match for their combined power... but I will stop them, mark my words... they will all fall by my hands."

Kurai looked back up to Naruto.

"I need to get out of here to heal and find them again."

*Naruto's eyes opened wide at the name "Orochimaru", but even more so at the description of the spikey-haired kid. Naruto's hands gripped tight on the cell bars.*

"Tell me, did this kid have a Sharingan and use Chidori!? You have to tell me everything you know! I'll get you out of here right now!"

*Naruto holds out his right hand and begins to charge a swirling ball of chakra. He then slams his palm, along with the ball of chakra, into the wall right next to the bars. The wall instantly crumbles away, making enough room for Kurai to escape from. Suddenly, a realization comes into Naruto's head, and his face goes white. He turns around to see half a dozen guards glaring at him. One of the guards grabs Naruto by the collar of his jacket.*

"Narutooo! Just what do you think you're doing!?"

"Aww crud..."

*Naruto clasps his hand together.*

"Shadow-clone Jutsu!"

*Suddenly, a dozen copies of Naruto split off and scatter, with the guards chasing after them. In the confusion, one of the clones grabs Kura.*

"Come on! We gotta' get outta' here!"

But standing in front of the newly made door is orange clad ninjas sensei, Kakashi

"Naruto, just what the hell do you think you are doing?" His one visible eye narrowed in anger at his students actions

*Naruto stops dead in his tracks. He also notices that the guards have caught all his clones, which are desperately trying to free themselves. Naruto looks at Kakashi, then at Kurai. He then points at Kurai while frantcly waving his other arm around.*

"B-b-b-b-but Sensei, he knows something about Sasuke! He can help us! His village was attacked by Orochimaru too!"

"Naruto! I don't care if he knew every Akatsuki's weaknesses, you are violating the law by assisting this criminal escape." Uncrossing his arms he slowly pulls a kunai from his pouch

"i have every right to kill you right now Naruto" he mutters menacingly

"Surrender now and hopefully the Hokage will be lenient"

"Oh come on Sensei. We don't know that he is a criminal! When he got here he couldn't even move. In the condition hes in now, I bet even Konohamaru could beat him! Theres no way he could cause any threats!...

Just where have you been all this time, anyway?"

"That Naruto, is none of your concern. And regardless until he has been debriefed by Ibiki or Anko and then released by the Hokage he is still a criminal." Raises the blade in front of him he stares down at Naruto.

"I say again Naruto, surrender now or i will be forced to incapacitate you"

*Naruto raises his arms in a sign of defeat. All the clones let out a loud moan.*

"Hey shut up, when I die, its permanent!"

*The clones disperse.*

"Kakashi-sensei, I did get some information out of him."

Keeping up his guard he raises his free hand signaling the nearby ANBU to restrain both of them

"you both can tell it to Ibiki" he mutters quietly before addressing an ANBU with a dragon mask

"have Ibiki interrogate them and notify Tsunade-sama, once Ibiki has completed his interrogation, inform Jiarya-sama and myself as soon as possible. Understood?" Nodding in compliance the Dragon masked ANBU disappears with a Shunshin as the others restrain Naruto and Kurai with charka shackles, dragging them off the the Torture and Interrogation wing of then ANBU headquarters.

"Kami help him....." Kakashi mutters before shunshing off to report to the Hokage.

Watches all the commotion from his cot, his eyes going wide as Naruto uses "Rasengan". Amazed at a kid using such a technique, he is pulled off his cot onto his feet by one of the Naruto. Dragged to the cell bars, where Naruto stops in front of a silver-haired man with a mask covering most of his face... Kakashi; he must be in Konoha, the hidden village of the leaf, in the country of fire.

Listening to conversation between those who hold him here, his eyes grow grim as he is lead off by a couple ANBU.

"I do not need to be interrogated... I will tell you what I know freely. Just bring me my villages forehead protector."

Jerking his arm free of an ANBU's grasp as he walked under his own power, his injuries seeming to have less and less affect on his movements. His healing rate must be substantial. If they looked through his belongings to find his forehead protector, an ANBU mask would fall out of his satchel.

*A large grin crosses Naruto's face. As he regains conciousness, he preforms the necessary hand seals. There is a small puff of smoke. As the smoke dissapates, there is a tiny chibi fox with a confused and horrified look on it's face.*

"Well, you wanted out, didn't ya'? You didn't actually believe I'd just let all of you out, did you? Thanks to Pervy-sage's training, I was able to transfer your conciousness into another body."

*Naruto opens up the pouch on his waist and pulls out a leash, which he puts around the fox's neck.*

"You won't be doing any rampaging any time soon!"

In case you didn't notice, your collar has several similar seals on it as well. No rampaging for you today. Hey, just be thankful that I let you out. You've been inside me my whole life. Thats bound to make anyone cranky."

Sakura rapped her knuckles on the door of the cell that Naruto had been kept in. Odd, that Naruto had been...arrested. "Naruto!" She yelled, noticing Naruto in a...unconcious form. "Wake up!" She was curious about what had happened...But she was sent by the Godaime Hokage to learn what she could from the mysterious ninja and then report back. But of course, The real reason was to get Naruto out of trouble. As usual.

*Naruto hears a know on the cell door. He immediately recognizes the following voice as Sakura's. Naruto instantly is on his feet. He rus over to the door and tries to stick his head out the tiny barred window.*

"Sakura-chan, you were worried about me and came to see me!? I feel like the luckiest guy on Earth!"

*Naruto starts to cry over-dramatically.*

As his strength steadily returned to him, Kurai paced back and forth in the small interrogation cell in front of the two jounins. He had told them of his village in this time; how it had been laid to ruin by Orochimaru. All the while Ibiki had given him no sign of believing or disbelieving him; just an unemotional face. Kurai looked at the two men in frustration, clinching his fists.

Kurai: What do I have to tell you, to let me continue my work?

Jounin: Well, first we will get the full truth, not just what you decide to tell us.

A third jounin comes into the room to flank Ibiki on the opposite side of the other jounin. Kurai stops in his tracks, looking at the three jounin, knowing their intentions thought for the sake of Konoha, will not be good for him.

Kurai: Don't do it... I've told you everything I know, don't take this to a place where you do not want to tread.

Kurai holds up a hand to motion them to stop and think, but the two jounins who flank Ibiki move forwards; towards Kurai, regardless. From where Naruto's cell is, a commotion can be heard down the corridor from the interrogation cell Kurai was taken to. Yelling and screams are heard as the door swings open violently; Ibiki thrown against the far wall and slumps to the floor. Kurai calmly steps out of his cell, looking down at the semi-conscious jounin.

Kurai: If you will not help me, stay out of my way; I'll hunt Orochimaru myself, without wasting time questioning the innocent.

Kurai glanced down the hall, seeing the most delightful pink-haired girl. She almost looked like a younger version of his girl who died in Ooyure... no, it couldn't be. They're all gone, he was the only one left to keep the legacy of Ooyure alive... but she looked so much like her. Kurai shook it off, forcing himself to focus; his face regaining the cold look that Sasuke wished he could have achieved, and began to walk towards Sakura, heading to where they kept his clothes... he thinks.

*After the commotion from where Kurai was being kept distracts Naruto from his daydreaming, he crawls through the tiny hole that Kuyuubi made. He can feel the pure anger that was going through Kuyuubi's mind.*

"Hey, if you hate that form so much, will you be my guinea-pig for a jutsu?"

*Before Kuyuubi, who is still perched on top of Naruto's head, can make any kind of objection, Naruto does the Jutsu.*

"Man-Beast Clone Jutsu!"

*Kuyuubi's tiny fox form disappeared into a puff of smoke, and what took it's place reminded Naruto of what he spawned during his first attempt at a Shadow Clone back at the acadamy. Quickly, Naruto makes a second attempt, resulting in a perfect, although slightly more fox-looking, Naruto.*

"All right! I've seen Kiba and Akamaru do it quite a few times. I've always wanted to try it myself."

*The commotion caused by Kurai once again reminded Naruto to stay focused. Naruto and Kuyuubi, who still has the collar on his neck, head to where Kurai's things were being kept.*

After his report to the Hokage, Kakashi makes his way towards to the ANBU headquarters. The former ANBU captain narrows his eyes as he hears a commotion with the confines of the base. Drawing a kunai he rushes into the base determined to find his charge and have him explain his current actions.

*quickly looks at his new form*not great but it will do until i can find a way to make my animal form at least the size of a normal fox as well as regain at least up to tail four of my power*glares at naruto again* if this collar keeps me from regain at least four tails of power your in alot of trouble kit cause i need at least four tails of power so i dont get mocked and so i cant be killed by anything other than you of course since you still hold most of my power.

Sakura grabs the lock on the door after shaking her head at Naruto, then regaining composure at the noise, and rips it out of the hinges. She was stronger then most Nin after being trained by Tsunade. "Come on!" She yelled to Naruto and took off down the hall to the screams and what not.

They had washed and dried his clothes, folding them and leaving them in a pile on a table in the laundry room. Another unconscious ninja lay outside the door to the laundry room as Kurai finishes dressing; sheathing his swords and closing his equipment pouch, they had left all his gear in it. He speaks without looking up.

"So... there are two of you now?"

Kurai slowly looks up to see the two Narutos standing in the doorway next to the knocked out ninja. Kurai ties his forehead protector around his bicep, where is belongs, before giving his full attention to the pair of Narutos. His eyes are cold, but there is something behind them; an unstoppable drive.

"Are you here to stop me from leaving, aswell? You will fail if you attempt to stop me from reaching Orochimaru."

There was no sign of threat in his voice, it sounded like a mere stating of fact, or warning to someone who didn't know any better. At that moment, the two Narutos could probably see the object in his hand; an ANBU mask, featureless sans the black and white paint job. It was like nothing a Konoha ANBU would wear, it must be his own. Kurai's eyes moved past the two Narutos to fall on Sakura as she came racing up behind them. My god, the resemblance was uncanny... Kurai paused, looking at the beautiful girl a moment before pulling the mask over his emotionless face, hiding it before the resemblance cracked his cold exterior.

The faint sound of a kunai cutting through the air is the only warning Naruto has before the farmer tool turned weapon is smashed into the skull of one of the Naruto's. The rounded end of the kunai dispells the jutsu concelling the Kyuubi.


Standing at the end of the hallway is the tall form of Team Seven sensei, Kakashi Hatake. Holding a small scroll in his hand he unraveled it and with a smear of his blood a standard ANBU Ninjato appears out of the smoke. Tossing the now useless scroll from view he draws the blade from its sheath and grasps it in his right hand.

"Naruto.... Sakura...what the hell do you think you two are doing?" he growls out as he sees both his remaining charges participating in releasing a criminal.

'have I fallen so far that now my last two students will resort to anything to return Sasuke? Even becoming nukenin themselves...' Kakashi muses sadly as his students before grabbing his hitate and removing it from his eye. Revealing the three tomoed crimson iris that was a gift from his deceased friend, the Sharingan spins for a moment before centering on the three shinobi ahead of him.

*Naruto has become seriously confused with the course of the current events. A strange ninja that Naruto helped get out of prison now thinks that Naruto is trying to stop him. Also, his instructor is threatoning him and Sakura, who, as far as Naruto can tell, has yet to do anything wrong.*

"Okay everybody hold everying!!! I think there has been a little confusion and a good deal of misunderstandings. Why don't we all just sit down and sort this whole thing out like reasonable adults before someone does something rash!"

With his right hand on the hilts of his katanas, Kurai stood silently, but ready. His eyes taking in the two young ninjas near him and the one down the hallway... Kakashi; the copy ninja. A battle with him would seriously detain Kurai and the trail of Orochimaru might go cold, but if he would not stand down, it might not be avoidable.

"There is no confusion; my answers were not good enough for them, but I will get Orochimaru weather or not you believe me. Perhaps it would have been better if I had collapsed on the woods and healed on my own? For the fame of the great Konoha ninjas seems to neglect their lacking hospitality. Now... step from my path; Kakashi."

Kurai stood motionlessly as he revealed that he knew who the silver-haired ninja was. His eyes looking over the blade in Kakashi's hand, he saw the Sharingan revealed and grimaced... their biggest mistake was thinking he was an average ninja, some random ANBU who would not hold his ground against the Konoha elite.

"Yes... I know who you are. The legend of the copy ninja was well known in Ooyure and when I rebuild Ooyure, I promise you that I will leave out this part in your legend... where you attempted to stop me from taking justice."

*Mimicking Kiba, Naruto picks up the woozy Kuyuubi and sets him on his head.*

"Woah, hold on a sec! Wouldn't it be easier to get revenge if you just took a little bit of time to settle matters here, and possibly have the village even back you up?"

"There's nothing you can do to help... not against Orochimaru; you don't have the strength. I barely made it away with my life the first time, the second time I will be prepared. So I ask again... step from my path."

Kurai slowly lowers slightly into a ready stance, his long coat flowing around him, arms tense and ready.

Narrowing his eyes at the strange man he shifts his stance by dropping into a partial crouch, both knees bent, left arm drawn back and right extended forward; he grasps the end cap of his ninjato with his left hand and rests the tips of the fingers of his right hand on the blade near its tip.

"I am sorry, but i cannot allow an unknown shinobi to wander freely in Hi no Kuni and stand by and do nothing. So surrender or i will be forced to engange you..." Tighting his grip on the weapon he narrows his eyes the Sharingan trained completely on Kurai

In a flash, Kurai has drawn his two katanas, the blades were made of a strange black metal. His stance was relaxed; he stood straight, swords at his sides at a downward angle, face hidden by his mask.

"But I warn you one last time... If you try to stop me, I will do what I have to, to be free... Denkou Danso no Jutsu!"

As he spoke the words, using no hand seals, his body seemed to erupt with energy. Electricity crackled over him as it seemed to flow through and around him, even traveling down the blades of his katanas and no matter how hard the Sharingan tried to examine or copy it, it could not... it was a bloodline limit!

Swatting away the tail he rears his foot back and drives his booted foot into the little kitsune, sending it back into Naruto's arms.

'Why does Naruto have a Kitsune?' he ponders before he addresses his two Genin

"Naruto! Sakura! Report to the Hokage immediately!" he commands as he returns his gaze back to the enemy combative

Kurai: Keep your eye on me, Kakashi!

The small creature had provided a nice diversion anyway, even if it had failed in it's attack on Kakashi; Kurai had already sprung forward, closing half the distance between Kakashi and himself in the blink of an eye. He had blown by Sakura and Naruto without them even having enough time to realize he had passed them, let alone try and stop him. He had a goal; disable Kakashi and escape this village, he had to get Orochimaru. He was quick, blurring as he dashed towards Kakashi. The small area available in the hallway would hinder some in fighting, but small areas were an advantage to Kurai; moving from side to side as he ran, energy absolutely pouring off of him as he kicked off the wall and made a jumping sword slash with his right sword at Kakashi.

*jumps out of narutos arms*They will not listen to you anymore you cycloptic perv *smiles and quickly changes to his human from which looks like naruto only much more fearl with fox ears two tails fangs and a sword on his back* i hate being bound to the blonde idiot by this freakin collar but since my person human form cant be accessed with it on his form shall do*smiles evily revealing his fangs even more befor simply vanshing with pure speed* lets see how good you really are*takes a swing at kakashis face with his claws*

Tensing at the two oncoming attacks he makes his move, Parrying Kurai's slash with his Ninjato he thrusts his left arm out and grasps the Kyuubi Naruto's neck.

'Damnit! I don't think I can hold them both off' letting his eyes dart to Sakura and Naruto he grimaces 'and if those two decide to join in I will have to take this up a notch'

Tighting his grip on the Kyuubi Naruto he swings the leased Bijuu and slams him into the swordsmen. Leaping back he makes two seal less Kage Bushin after they poof into existence he addresses the one to the left. " You, this is spiraling out of control alert the Hokage immediately and have her come here." The Kakashi Kage Bushin nods before rushing off.

He turns to the last one "you, I need support quickly, locate Wolf and have him support me..." but before the Bushin can comply to it's order the cry of a jutsu rings our in the hallway.

Raiton: Byakurai!

A concentrated stream of lightning explodes from the darkened end of the hallway striking the Bushin causing it to disappears within a poof of smoke the Bushin doesn't stop the lightning attack and it trips through and rushes towards them, the oncoming attack causes the two combatives to roll out of the way as it impacts the wall behind them and obliterates it. Kakashi turns his head to find a tall masked shinobi clad in black shinobi clothing, hints of chain mail armor is visible under his clothes as a long Ninjato is grasped in his gloved hand.

"Hatake...are you so weak that you cannot handle one nukenin and a child’s pet?" his hollow voice rings out in the hallway as his dull charcoal eyes train themselves onto the Kyuubi Naruto. Narrowing his eyes he steps in front of the former ANBU Captain, "so, the fox has escaped his seal...but it seems to be nothing but a pitiful single tailed fox." Falling into the stance Kakashi once held he narrows his eyes onto the fox.

"Hatake, face the nukenin, I will handle the Kyuubi." his cold monotone voice orders the Kopī Nin. Kakashi’s eyes widen at the sudden revelation and he stands next to the strange Nin.

“If that is the Kyuubi how can you hope to defeat him Rikimaru?” a worried Kakashi asks

“You forget who I am Hatake” coldly replies the Nin as a demonic yellow aura encompasses his body. Two faint tails appear behind him swinging wildly, his dull charcoal eyes change to yellow demonic silted ones.

“Two tails is more then enough to handle this weak excuse of a Bijuu”

*Naruto runs straight into the brawl. Spotting Kuyuubi fighting Kakashi, Naruto bits his thumb, which releases a few drops of blood. After getting within striking range of Kuyuubi, Naruto makes several hand seals and presses his palms flat against the chest of Kuyuubi. For a moment, ther is only silence. Kuyuubi suddenly feels an incredibly strong force drawing him back into Naruto's body. After the last of the distorted, howling form dissapears after being sucked back into Naruto through his hands, all that remains is the collar. Naruto peels off the seal from his chest and puts it and the collar back into his side pouch.*

"I thought I told you there would be no rampaging today. Maybe if you're good I'll let you out tommorrow, maybe. I hope, if nothing else, this will keep the situation from getting worse. Now all I have to do is somehow get Kurai to stop..."

*Suddenly the room is spinning before Naruto's eyes. He falls backwars, flat on his back, unconcious, his chakra being drained from asorbing Kuyuubi back into his body.*

His expression remains stoic as he walks over to the unconscious jinchuuriki

"Foolish move child, leaving yourself open to an attack" Rikimaru mutters before moving through some hand signs, A purple aura surrounds each individual finger he slams the glowing fingers onto the Kyuubi's seal before shouting out the techniques name.

Gogyo Fuin!

The sealing technique forcefully disrupts the charka from the nine tailed fox and leaves the jinchuuriki unable to mold charka until the seal is removed.

"Target....Contained..." Turning from the fallen human sacrifice he moves to assist the Kopī Ninin his fight with the nukenin.

As the initial strike was deflected, Kakashis arm that was gripping the handle had a very high chance of being numb right now. As the two blades would have crossed, the electricity running through Kurais would have coursed through Kakashis blade and into his arm; this was why Kurai called it "Lightening Dance", a powerful taijutsu/ninjutsu combination. Kurai used his exceptional taijutsu skills and fed electricity through himself, if he struck or merely glanced off of you, the energy shocked and burned depending on how much of a shot you took. But after the deflection, while Naruto made a spectacle of himself Kurai darted down a hall. The new ninja seemed very powerful and Kurai needed to get out, not be engaged in a long battle that would sap most of his strength. As Kurai ran, he started passing the cells of the inmates held in the complex... it was a chance to buy time. As Kurai ran, he sliced open the locks of each jail cell as he passed; let Konoha deal with it's own problems while I handle mine.

Kurai: Run! Everyone, the city is falling! Flee for your lives!

It took no more words from Kurai before the mass of inmates were flowing from their cells, some stronger inmates freeing themselves. Kurai melted into the crowd as they stormed the guards, heading to the exit. Some believed him, some didn't but everyone knew freedom lay beyond the doors.

A low growl emanates from the masked shinobi as he eyes the injured Kakashi, "Hatake, that performance was pitiful six years out of the ANBU and your skills have declined exponential " he growls out monotonously. He turns around to find several escaped intimates wielding makeshift weapons, charging the Kohona ninjas.

"Hatake, take your Genin and report to Hokage-sama, I shall return these scum to their respective cells,” orders the stoic Nin as he faces the oncoming horde

Kakashi still a little woozy from the electric attack nods his head slowly in compliance. Appearing next to the unconscious Naruto and the frozen Sakura he Shushin's out of the area and onto the streets before dashing off into the distance leaving the other masked Nin to face the inmates.

"Heh, look just one puny Nin standing in our way" chortles one of the inmates before ushering the other to charge the ninja and to their freedom.

There assault doesn't seem to worry the stoic nin as he flashes through more hand signs, finishing he raises both of his hands into the air before slamming them into the ground.

Raiton: Seitekino Mahi!

Electric charges extend from his hands and encompass the hallway, the voltages intensify as the inmates stop their assaults and begin to convulse in agony. Pushing more charka into his attack the inmates begin to foam blood from their mouths as their hearts cook and then explode. Halting his attack the bodies convulse momentarily before falling limp onto the stone floor.

"Targets...Eliminated...” he mutters coldly before calling an ANBU team to the scene with his portable radio. After the team arrives he issues them their orders and walks out of the charred battle scared hallway.

As the mass of people reached the sealed door that would lead to the draw bridge outside, Kurai pushed his way to the front of the crowd, his swords sheathed under his coat, face hidden by his mask.

Kurai: Stand back!

The people stood back, giving the man wide breath as he faced the door. Kurai looked at it for a moment before dropping into a crouched stance. His arms began to glow and crackle with a blue tinted electricity; arcs of energy between his two arms and hands as he slowly pushed his palms towards the door.

Kurai: Denki Yari no jutsu!

As Kurai called out the name of "Electric Spear", a huge blast of electric energy shot from his hands towards the locked door. As the huge amount of energy made contact there was an explosion of metal and wood as the door shattered into pieces, smoke filling the doorway as Kurai was quick to dash through the smoke. The drawbridge was down from all the heavy traffic in the prison today, and Kurai wasted no time dashing across it into the close woods, heading for a way out of this village. The inmates heading off in all different directions, vying for their own freedom.

Techniques: "Scanning Eyes"- A bloodline technique that changes both eye pupils into yellow rings. This move allows it's user to see the statistics of others, seeing what things are made out of, and if what one is looking at is a fake or not. This also allows the user to see through genjutsu.

"Crosshair Eyes"- An adaption of the Scanning Eyes technique that, instead of changing the eye pupils to yellow rings, it changes the eyes to (most commenly with Yasu) blue crosshairs. The characteristics are also changed, as now the eyes are used to see for long distances. Other effects are the increased accuracy of projectiles/thrown objects, finding weaknesses in objects, weapons, walls, and opponents, and finally seeing through lower level genjutsu. It can also allow the copying of another opponent's move or sequences to locks, codes and safes.

Background: History: Yasu is a very gifted and successful thief for his age. He has started his carreer as a young boy, stealing his first prizes, a pair of golden swords, at age 7. These are also one of the three gold treasures he has stolen yet, for his "Items of Value" are silver, platinum, weapons, food, and ancient treasures/books. After the stealing of the swords, he then traveled across the Great Ninja Nation for 9 years, stealing countless treasures and valuables. On his travels, he learned some low leveled ninjutsu (particually multiple clones and substitution), taijutsu, ninja tactics & strategies, and (unfortunately for government officials) Comp B. He was captured unceremonially by the officials in a public restaurant while eating ramen. He was tried and sentenced to 50 years (15 more than what he would have got originally because he stole a warlord's pet bird and refused to say where he hid the stolen treasures) in Konoha prison. He was welcomed in open arms, both convicts and guards (some fans), and stayed there for, oh, 9 months and 4 days. Thanks to a small fox, a kid, and one pissed-off ninja, he escaped the prison alongside the other inmates with only the thought of getting some dumplings....

Character: Yasu is actually a smart and peaceful guy, despite carrying around enough explosives to blow up all of the hidden villages completely and still have enough on the side to blow up a mountain... He has a fasination for mythical things and old stories. He acts mischiefous and plays around, usually saying things but meaning something else and getting very close to those he talks to. But, if the situation calls for it, he will be calm and silent. He is very trustworthy (in a sense) and does not take lightly to traitors who are only doing it out of greed. He has many friends, thus informants when he needs to know something. As a side note, he is very slim and usually wears acceptable clothes, but he can eat a restaurant out of business, as of what he was doing when the authorities caught him.

Battle Style: Abe Yasu is a guy who would rather run than fight. Most would think tht he is a coward because of this. But he does so to gain an advantage. His attacks rely more on surprise, fooling the opponent, and having the oppositon on their toes. He is skilled in the way of traps and, putting it bluntly, "blowing up the necessary shit". He is known in using long-ranged attacks to wear down others. He is a master in taijutsu, being unnaturally fast, and knows some ninjutsu, but is weak in that area. He enjoys being the "fox" in the hunt, particually in screwing with other people's heads. He is a bane to all genjutsu users, sometimes to the point of yelling and flailing around swords. He is someone not to take lightly, especially those in the government...
