Ryougi Shiki vs Tohno Shiki

Ryougi Shiki has the upper hand although Tohno/Nanaya Shiki does have some feats that can prove his skills are better though. However there is are some interesting aspects about the two.

- Ryougi Shiki's powers are more refined than Tohno Shiki since she can activate her chokushi no magan at will whereas Tohno Shiki must have his glasses off or enter Nanaya mode.

- Ryougi Shiki sees the points of origins whereas Tohno/Nanaya Shiki sees the points of death.

- Ryougi has the strength of an average girl whereas Shiki subconsciously has the skills inherited by the Nanayas.

- Both characters are inexperienced however.

- Ryougi's refusal to kill Fujino when she wasn't in her 'killer' mode may also show that she probably has no interest in Tohno Shiki unless he goes into Nanaya mode.

But in all honesty, it actually comes down to who strikes first.

Result = Tie.

I'm voting Tohno Shiki because I like him. My vote is not based on who'd win.

Don't they both wear glasses? Oh, and it has already been stated that Ryougi Shiki's Mystic Eyes of Death Perception has a higher level than that of Tohno Shiki.

I'm not exactly sure, as I am only on first part of Kara no Kyoukai, but I think Ryougi Shiki has a demonic bloodline too.

She didn't kill cause she lost her sense of pain again, If I remember correctly.

I'd really have to say that it'd be a tie too, albeit Ryogi has an advantage due to having a higher level of eyes, it's still a bit hard for one of them to win, because they have similar strength and speed.

Sadly, no. I assume you have mkv(h264) problems. Have you tried MPlayer? I was able to fix that problem before my last machine fried using mplayer.

I was able to play Sky Girls(.h264 mkv, 1024x700) properly with a 32bit video card, very old cpu, and 700+ ram. Should work fine with you, since you can properly use photoshop and stuff.
