I have none of the original information such as the Three main OC documents and the majority of the other RP posts i need for the i need Mega (forum Admin) to recover from his downed Forum

Alright a few rules

1: Realistic weapons only meaning; No swords unless used in desperate situation (I.E. corned by zombie and out of ammo and there is a sword on the wall), No double assault rifles and such (If you are going to double wield a firearm it must be pistols or Submachine guns), Load outs must also be realistic there is no hammer space here (So one heavy weapon [Rifle, Assault Rifle or Shotgun], One Heavy pistol [Any .50 caliber pistol or large revolvers] or two lighter handguns [Such as the Walther P99 or the Jericho 941F], A special weapon (Special grenades [Acid, Fire, etc], special medical equipment, or anything else that i wont exclude) and a single knife of your choosing. Weapons such as miniguns and RPG's are not allowed at the start and must be found at military compounds or checkpoints.

2: Backgrounds must be realistic, meaning no vampires or anything else mythological.

3: S.T.A.R.S.: All the S.T.A.R.S. positions have been filled by myself,my two friends characters from the other RP and OC's which will be killed off, Alpha, Bravo and Charlie (backup squad made by me). R.P.D Officers, National Guardsmen or Umbrella Mercenaries or just a random armed citizen are fine for positions .

4: No god modding (obviously) you can have your own character, or a random unimportant character but any PC isn't allowed to have any action dictated by anyone but the the PCer or important NPC is controlled by myself.

5: Monsters must be RE canon unless otherwise stated by myself

6: Character Bio's must be filled out to my specifications (The guidelines will be posted later)

People can join as we go along, and as of right now i am in control of myself, Kira Kanaji (Bravo Leader), Robert Stogner (Charlie Leader), Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Albert Wesker and The other major S.T.A.R.S. members (from other RP).

Minor unnamed members and random civilians are controllable but are mostly used for death and gore scenes

-How much freedom we have in actions?
Example: Guy gets attacked by swarm of corpses/some madman. Then he states that he shoots at them/him,blowing the heads off.
Or do we actually state what were about to do(if it includes interaction with object/person),and GM tell us results?

-last and least important I guess.Do players bitten be zombies are undergoing slow infection to die and turn into walking corpses at end as well?Or do we will have some kind of resistance to that?Like in RE from PS

1: Zombies are mostly just random kills, such as after wondering a hallway one appears. It is mostly up to you but keep it logical, like you will get swarmed outside more often then inside the mansion or other remote locations.

2: Against Zombies or unimportant NPC's you can do whatever but against boss characters, major enemies, Important NPC's or other PC's then you can only control your actions.

3: That is more or less up to the PC if you wish to be bitten and infected but as for immunities. Unless you can give me a good reason (Such as a detailed genetic explanation) then no immunities are allowed.

Speech is show with quotations i.e. "blah blah blah"
Thought it with Italics and a Apostrophe i.e. 'blah blah blah'
Action is just regular typing i.e. He blahed the blah
Foreign words are show in italics with either quotation for speech or not i.e. "shimata" He swore

"I am lucky that all i got from that is this minor cut, but what the hell happened?" He pondered as he let his gaze linger upon his former car. Staring for another moment longer he turns on his heel and continues down the desolate street. Sweeping his eyes he raises a slender brow at the empty street. 'Ya think that an explosion like that would've attracted some sort of attention form somebody.' he thought but his musing is cut short by a loud crash from the adjacent hallway.

"Hello?" he calls out but the only response is a low moan.

Raising his brow once again he slowly makes his way towards the source of the moan.

Bio: Graduating from High school in another country, Scott decided to come back to Raccoon City to visit his girlfriend Cynthia. His father died from H.I.V after having an affair with another woman. Scott was always a good boy until then, and after seeing how his father died, he decided he would take care of his woman and to make sure she never cries. Scott hated his father with a fiery passion but had a soft spot for his mother. It was he who held them in his arms as they learned the whereabouts of his father and his death as he was missing for 2 weeks. Now a strong willed young man, he is determined to see his girlfriend has the happiest of lifes... Something his father could never give his mother. His mother and sister are both living in Kansas with his grandpa and grandma.

(Uh, tell me if this is too long and I will make another, or uhm if I missed anything. Scott is basically coming to visit his Girlfriend... I have a few questions.

Red: Unless you start with the equipment you need to explain how you found it, and i could keep posting as i have a lot more to add (would be easier if i had my other posts but i can do it from memory) but i prefer someone else would, if you don't then i will so no big deal

Kak: Good one but the M4 is a military weapon and ownership of the civilan variant is strictly restricted and isn't the handgun a hunting pistol? Also, does your character always wear the ballistic vest or just slipped it on during the outbreak, because the outbreak hasn't started yet.

You'll still have to explain how he acquired it or when he outfits himself with it, as with all weapons because only Military or police units can start equipped with weapons or armor.

Since imo starting on with regular citizen already equipped like that(before the chaos) would be rather weird.So if You don't mind I will start when things develop a bit more.
Normally he would gather stuff after noticing whats going on.

I understand that, like i said i could continue posting but right now i am limited on time to write so it might be a bit before i could post. I was just saying that if you wanted you can post now. Like to explain where your character was before the outbreak, building up a focal point instead of a bunch of people just posting after the zombies arrive, because Clarie and Leon arrive after the outbreak and i have to control seven important PC's and NPC's and numerous amounts of unimportent NPCs.

But like i said if you don't want to then don't post.
