I'd like to share some with those who don't know of these and are desperate to find more.

Those are probably the best two that I've ever come across. Simply because you don't have to search through Veoh or Megavideo manually. It offers you each series with every episode. Secks.

For manga, use mangatraders.com. They have a huge selection, though the scans can be pretty shitty.

www.instantz.net is a preety good site, they have updates everyday to veoh links of newly released anime

i like veoh and sometimes youtube but not really, megavideo is ok if you know what you want to watch, animefever, and gendou only if you want to watch the newest animes.
