You can't ask for anything, not even a simple question of who, until you actually earn the privilege to access the H-Section and make a request. Until then, you're in the red zone.

Some may help, but don't expect too much effort and you will be flamed. It's the rules, it's customary, the people here have their own urges. Besides, not many people here have a desirable collection so you're pretty much asking a brainless monster for food.

You see Kerrigan..guys just informed You about few simple things,that one should know while asking us for a favor.

First and most common - 90% of us wont even try to listen to You,before You gain 100 posts...it's magical number indicating us that You're actually dwelling around here,and do more than just leeching and such.
