I've watched a ton of anime, but I need some suggestions to some good series. I like sci-fi stuff if you know any (like cowboy bebop, outlaw star, xenosaga, and gundam).

Go watch Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team. I hear its one of the best Gundam series ever since it just takes a skilled pilot to take down a Gundam in that series as opposed to a series where Gundams take out swarms of enemies.

for sci-fi type animes not alot stand out for me right now i can only remember Vandread which is an pretty good anime imo.

Watch Darker Than Black. The story kinda focuses on... I guess "side quests" where the main character has to deal with new people and new problems every few episodes (actually quite similar to how Cowboy Bebop flowed, when I think about it), but it does wrap it up with a plot after it gets further in. It's set in the future and it's about psychics. It was pretty good.

Good OP for the first 15 eps (at least I think it was 15) btw too.

If that isn't an obscure enough anime, then I don't know what is. DTB doesn't seem to be that main stream at all... But if you HAVE heard of it, watch "Gurren Lagan". It's pretty hilarious and it's a mecha show. Kept me pretty interested.

Actually I enjoy the manga a bit more. It goes into more detail about the torture of the accused before they get killed.
